What, there aren't _six_ stars? OK then, merely 5. Phil was friendly, optimistic, and most of all, he didn't sound jolly at first only to disappoint with a higher-than-the-last-quote offer. Maybe he's jolly because his quote was the best ... and it got better with paperless, pay in full, etc. Now, if someone asked about home and auto, I would get to say, and I don't very often, "Oh, yeah? Listen, I got a guy ..."
Carlos reviewed my policy and got me more coverage while paying less. He really knows his stuff.
