Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service

I called earlier to get an estimate, and Jazmin answered the phone. I told her I was going to get the insurance and headed to the office. I arrived around 6:40 p.m., and the sign still said “open” (they close at 7:00). When I got there, no one answered, and when I called twice, no one picked up. Very unprofessional — bad experience as a first-time buyer trying to get insurance with them.

This insurance company is very bad, you call and they don't answer, they are supposed to answer for any “accident” apart from that I was paying 160 and from there they added 250 because I didn't have a balance in the account for a single day and I always had to pay 250 for the only thing that I did They call to renew the payment and remind you that you have to pay separately, they are very obnoxious
