AAA Hayward Branch

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The place was very new, clean and organized. The office was divided into different sections to assist your needs. Insurance, DMV, tour operators or home protection systems. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. I really like this branch and the employees here!!😍

My visit today to this AAA office for DMV services went very smoothly (it is so convenient that they provide this service which beats the long lines and wait at any DMV office). Nadine took great care in making sure that the registration renewal process was very smooth, and she also helped direct me to where I could get my smog check done, providing detailed directions. Thanks Nadine for a job so well done!

Still not sure why we pay for them, but every time I have gone in they can't do the DMV thing you need. Instead of taking a few minutes and working with you to find the document they "needed" that you had, they tell you they won't help you. Every time at almost every branch for 20 years. San Carlos had helpful people....

Very poor customer service. We waited for a long time to be helped with an insurance service we came in for, only to watch Nargis, the agent, skip the line and take someone who wasn’t even waiting ahead of us. There was no explanation or acknowledgment of the wait. The entire process was disorganized and unfair, showing no respect for customers’ time. We ended up having to leave without receiving any help. A complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I would have given this location a better rating, but I honestly can’t based on what happened. I hope my next visit is better.

They wanted to charge me $200 to replace my air filters and explained to me it was that expensive b/c of the labor. Literally a 5 minute fix with $30 of parts
