While I've never been a client, a claim went through from one of theirs who had an accident with me.

Was 5 star but this place is not what it was when Elmer was around. If you are looking for an agent go elsewhere. You don't get an agent, the receptionist tells you that they are all your agents. There isn't any sense that they are there for anything but their cut of your insurance money. By lying and telling you that you have to go through them to get progressive car insurance (you can call progressive direct and get a much better price) in a threatening email at 2 in the morning. Or refusing fault when they mistyped the account number for an electronic transfer and get your insurance cancled. Go elsewhere, avoid at all costs

I appreciate Carol's long standing knowledge at the Lewis Agencey & her ability to run your numbers over the phone immediately. There ability to work with you through SR-22's, DUI's, & being a homeowner is amazing. They find you the cheapest insurance coverage that's right for you & when it can become cheaper, they re-run you through the system.

Who ever answers the phone has an insanely bad attitude. I was calling to inquire about insurance rates and she audibly sighed at me, laughed when I asked questions, and generally was not a pleasant person. After experiencing her level of unprofessionalism it made me nervous that such person had access to my DL# and social.

Rude. Called for a quote on the phone. Lady hung up as I am giving here information. God bless this company.
