Farmers Union Insurance: Bud B Frei

I've worked with Bud and Roxie for nearly 4 years. I've always found them to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Great with follow up and attention to detail. They treat you like family. Fantastic service and great folks to work with!

We have been really happy with Bud and Roxy for several years. They have taken the time to really explain everything to us and find the appropriate level of insurance. They don't try to oversell or undersell. We haven't had to deal with claims much, thankfully, but when we have they've been great. My husband was rear ended and they helped us get everything settled. This year we have had some hail damage to our roof. I e-mailed and got a response within 5 minutes. We switched a couple years ago to esurance and were very unhappy. It only took a few months before we switched back and have no plans on leaving again.
