Farmers Insurance - Yesenia Rangel

This lady is very rude. Went in person to ask a few questions. As soon as I started talking, she would not even let me finish my statement. She kept cutting me off. The way she did it made me feel stupid as well. Then, she kept not understanding my situation, which is fine, but seriously... it's not that hard to ask nicely to clarify. At that point I felt my face getting red from embarrassment. And once I finally finished my question, she talked down to me in such a condescending tone. I do not recommend using her unless you want to be talked down to. She needs to learn to treat people with more kindness and change her tone.

Rude lady, called for a quote asking for home insurance and states I never told her what I wanted. Ma’am you should’ve asked then it’s quite literally your job. The tone of how she asks for questions are completely unprofessional, she sounds as if you owe her an explanation for why you have things the way you do. For example I own my home, she was baffled on how I was able to get my home without insurance. Like the info doesn’t matter if you were never going to help me with anything to begin with. After not knowing the year of the home or the condition of the roof, she refused to help me any further and told me “good luck finding insurance” told me good by and hung up on me.
