Hands down the best insurance agent for both commercial and personal insurance. They offer great rates and really take the time to explain your coverage so you understand exactly what you’re paying for. The office is always clean and professional, customer service is top tier, and they are extremely knowledgeable about every option available. What I appreciate most is that they always call back and stay on top of everything. If you want someone reliable, responsive, and easy to work with, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

From Jan to May my bill increased over $100! When I called to see why they claimed my license wasn’t updated on their system. When I told him my License had been updated over year ago he said there was nothing they could do. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to inform me of the increase or or back pay for all the overcharges. Couldn’t assist or offer any solutions. Not a reliable/ helpful agent. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sam did a great job writing a policy on my vacant home in Pennsylvania. He explained the coverage and payment options and then sent me documents via email to sign and send back. Very efficient transaction. I appreciate all the help Sam provided me long distance. Kudos!
