Farmers Insurance - Rahn Burleson

Paid up the policy just to continue to receive bills with poor communication. How does 1 missed payment go 5 months without d being caught and then turns into 3 months of payments ? I don't get it. And how if my payment was $16 is it $21. I don't need to hear anymore. It'll be time to switch soon.

They are so much better than the first Farmer's Insurance agency that I worked with. I am so forgetful, so I overpay sometimes and forget when I have to pay again. I luv that they send a personal text to me a few days before my bill is due (not the automated kind either). They also helped me greatly with my transition in leaving the previous agent who gave me such a hard time that I had to contact the BBB on them. It is because of Rahn and his team that I have chosen to stay with Farmer's for years and plan to do so for many more.
