Farmers Insurance - Paul Hesselgesser

This review is based on the last interaction I had with this insurance company. I was with them for a couple of years. When I finally cancelled my last policy. I talked to the Agent and she told me they would mail a refund check. My address had changed so she ensured she had my new address. A couple of days later I noticed there was a notification that they had credited the refund to bank account that's close. I immediately called the Agent. She told me that they would talk to her Accounting Department but most likely would mail me a check. Then she calls back to tell me that there is nothing they can't do that the refund has been processed. What a pleasure to speak with such a dedicated insurance agent. She was very thorough, highly professional and answered all my questions without hesitation.
