Farmers Insurance - Patrick Kirby

Patrick Kirby and staff have been so accommodating and helpful in insuring and bundling our two vehicles, home, and RV. They also have strived to keep our premiums as low as possible. The coverage is adequate. They are very friendly and willing to take the time needed to answer questions and give helpful advice. My wife and I highly recommend FARMERS !

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENT!!! We cancel our insurance with this company around 2 years ago because of bogus rate increases and over price. Two years later the still debit my account and charge me for insurance on things that I don’t own or have in storage! Multiple calls and they say oh we’re sorry we will fix that and the next quarter they rip me off again. I would use any agent other than this one!

Patrick is very quick informative of any information or question I need answered. He is quick to respond and eager to help.

I have spent a lot of time getting quotes, asking questions, and seeking the best possible insurance coverage at the best possible price. Patrick and Jennifer have never hesitated at helping me understand each element of my policies. I know they've put in many hours of work to try and get me better rates. All insurance companies have raised rates in the past few years. The only reason I still consider my premiums reasonable is due to the sizable effort these two agents have put in on my behalf.
