Cheri Towery: Allstate Insurance

Company has gone downhill since Cheri left. No courtesy call to find out the business was sold. Had my card compromised and had to get a new one but missed the autopsy for this office. Instead of getting a courtesy call or email to let me know, policies were canceled and sent to collections for $171 and $37 two different times for small amounts. When I called to share my frustration and offer the simple suggestion of calling so I could make the payment, they were indifferent both times. Not a business I prefer to business with in Central Oregon. Very unprofessional!!

Cheri is very friendly and knowledgeable and works to get you a good rate. A certain individual in her team seemed willing to exaggerate or lie in order to sell additional insurance which is what I did not respect about the company. I also don’t like their lack of ability to be able to make changes online. If I could work with Cheri all the time It would have been a better experience but I understand she is busy and needs additional sales people in order to grow her business.

We're all tired of wearing these masks and extra mandates but what we're all really missing is great, awesome customer service! At the Redmond Allstate you can come in and really enjoy the vibe and service they give. Most available options when you talk to the agents here at the Redmond Allstate. Cheri is very understanding and helped with every & any insurance need I had. Hands down Allstate in Redmond is the best! Appointment or walkins!!

Very efficient, professional and friendly agent and staff. My insurance ended up being less expensive than another national name insurance too! Cheri let me know of upgrades available to me, but without any pressure at all. I highly recommend this agent for all your insurance needs.

The Worst Insurance EVER! Run, don't walk, they raise prices, have inaccurate information and knowledge, do a lot of ums, I don't know and I'm not sure when asked about rate increases. Do NOT offer discounts when you rarely drive, I'm Retired, did not put one of our vehicles on storage coverage when asked to over a YEAR ago! We have been charged full price all this time and they DO NOT return phone calls as promised. They will NOT reimburse the overcharge they took! PS The Company is being bought by someone who sounds like a child and completely in competent... BEWARE
