Farmers Insurance - Pamela Byng-Jones

I met with Pamela yesterday by phone to go over both my home and car insurance to see if there would be any cost efficiencies on either. She guided me through the process with patience and expertise, explaining each line item which can be very confusing to the layperson. At the end of our call I felt she had my best interests at heart. I am completely satisfied with the amendments we made to my policies and feel I am in very good hands with her and her agency.

She never answer emails, no one answer office phone calls, and she doesn't return calls after leaving VMs. Zero service offered.

Horrible Agency, save yourself the headache. They don't return calls, very poor service. They don't send annual evidence of home insurance renewals to mortgage company when the policy is due for renewal. My home insurance got lapsed because of this agency negligent last year. Also forr this year again my mortgage company reached out that they have not received evidence of insurance which is due since Sept 2023. I have sent multiple emails and followed up with phone calls for about a week now without a single call back or reply. I had a Woeful and stressful experience dealing with this agency.

When she started I received emails and postal mail. Fast forward to current times, I am ghosted. No questions are answered by phone or email after leaving messages twice or thrice. In fact, I never did receive a response. My inquiries did not have anything to do with filing a claim. I feel sorry for any patron filing a claim. In search of a new agent.

Pamela byng jones she switch my insurance policy from full coverage to liability insurance please be aware of her she not to be trusted at all just be aware of her so my attorney got involved next I will contact my lender next and report her just keep your eye on her bad news
