Farmers Insurance - Michael Francisco

My bill says one about , but they charge another. When in there to pay my bill with cash last month because the amount wouldn't be in my account until later that day. When I was in there, I explained I could pay the cash put the cash in my account.I just didn't want my insurance to lapse. I was told not to worry there'd be no penalty , and I could even be a couple days late. Come to find out because I walked into the office.They went ahead and ran my card and added an additional twenty five dollars. They did not inform me of this $25.It was not in the bill. So this month , when I get my bill of a hundred and twelve dollars , they charge a hundred and forty seven. And again , it bounced , because it's not the correct amount they are telling me they are trying to withdraw. In the end, forgiv

Mike has been our insurance agent for nearly twenty years. He always treats you like a friend and is never too busy to help whenever you have a question or need. Most Insurance companies raise their rates and take advantage of our time and money. I have been with Michael for 4 years and have never had a rate raise or problem with them. I have auto and home insurance with them and all is well.
