Asked for rental car coverage and no autopay at the beginning of the year. They didn’t listen. Just auto-removed the amount from my checking and I’m overdrawn. When I had a claim earlier in the year, was when I was informed I didn’t pay for rental car coverage. I had the HONOR of finally speaking directly to the agent and not the secretary. He said it’s “too late to make changes.” Don’t “assume” with these people.

About a month ago switched over my auto policy. Got an awesome quote so went with them. A month later requested my declaration page, my bank needs it. Come to find out he dropped all my coverages except liability. That's how he was able to provide such an awesome quote. I never requested drop any coverages, I know better if I have a lienholder. He never got my consent to do that
