Farmers Insurance - Martin Ruiz

I am very happy with the service, help and attention I get every time I have a question on any of my Insurance policies. Thank you Martin and team for such a great service you provide for your customers.

My account was automatically transferred from another agent of Farmers to this agency . I was happy with my former Farmers agent but it seems like the current agent is rather disorganized and non responsive. I have Auto/ Umbrella and and Home Policy with Farmers which is managed by auto pay and I stay current. Yesterday I received a cancellation notice from Farmers based on non-payment of the home policy!! Checked the website and my credit card payment history, and it showed that the policy was already paid for, a year in advance. After a few calls and messages, I finally got a hold of the agent who was originally confused but later asked me to disregard the notice. Also in the past I have had few chat questions for the agent about my home policy on their website that have been left unans

No visite esta agencia, es un servicio demasiado malo el dueño Martin es una persona despota, sin respeto que solo busca sus intereses, no compre seguros ni carros ni ningún tipo de servicio con el, pueda ser que la agencia ofrezca otros servicios asegure que no sean de él. Porque hay otras personas trabajando allí pero pregunté antes de ser atendido. Su esposa es diferente que el, ella lo contrario pero él no la respeta a ella. El típico hombre que impone, es la única manera de hacerse valer. Pasando por ensima de los demás valore su dinero y valórese usted!!!

Es demasiado problemático Martin, no hace las cosas como debe de ser. Es una persona que ni él mismo se aguanta su carácter. No visite este lugar.
