Farmers Insurance - Mariela Rubio

I've had Mariela as my agent for 2yrs with great dissatisfaction. This is my first home, she's never been able to answer direct questions, she lied when I had a dog issue with a neighbor claiming she had told me shepherds were an exclusion, which is a lie. I wish there was recorded calls. In total I've spoken to this agent for a total of 7minutes since I've owned my policy. She's rarely available, she always has valerie take her calls or messages. I have changed agents. Beware!!

Mariela is very helpful. She handles my vehicles and business insurance. She’s always available and very good at following up. Good customer service. I highly recommend her.

We've received this from this office. Our agent is Vanessa. She responds to e-mails promptly, is professional, knowledgeable and patient. We recommend this agency hands down.
