Very friendly and knowledgeable with my request. She was not at all pushy with Allstate products but offered to help with any products they have available. I liked Samantha and her courtesy very much.

Obtained car insurance. Great price. The staff is very professional, courteous, and interested in your well being. They stay in contact with you. They answer the phone promptly. Completely satisfied.

WARNING I was happy with Allstate at this office until they rise my insurance almost double the price, from one thousand it went up to one thousand seven hundred a month. I had to remove coverage to all my vehicles and my deductibles went up from 500 to 2500 dollars in order to save some money. I ended up paying more than one thousand four hundred a month with a BS coverage. Decided to look for a new insurance and canceled in December 7 2025. Found a good insurance which is giving me the full coverage with 500 deductible and $750 monthly payments, we have a clean driving record, no accidents in the past 6 years. Allstate was supposed to return a check for the whole month of December and part of January, but they never really cancelled my insurance and ended up sending me a renewal bill. Wh

I loved connecting with All State! I had Ashley as an agent and I appreciated her insight on insuring three vehicles and three drivers. With the old insurance, we had much less coverage on a vehicle driven by a teen, but she explained what higher coverage could do to help protect us. We still saved a lot of money each month adding more coverage. I highly recommend working with her.
