I was referred to Express Lane Insurance by my buddy Jim, and I’m really glad I called. Anna helped me with a quote and her customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. She was knowledgeable, patient, and you could genuinely hear the joy and kindness in her voice — something that’s rare these days. Even though I ultimately stayed with my long-time provider (AAA) because the overall policy difference wasn’t big enough for me to switch, I still wanted to leave this review because Anna truly deserves it. She showed up with real care and professionalism, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Anna — you’re a reminder that great customer service still exists.

I spoke to a girl she was very rude. I had some questions about switching my insurance on another car. Then I called the next day to cancel it and they told me that my insurance will be canceled immediately and then I got a charge and I called back and I noticed it was the same lady because she has the same rude voice when I ask a couple questions she just gives me like a simple one word answer and I told her about how they did told me that it was gonna get canceled immediately she said well the next time you should know that you gotta cancel the two weeks ahead and then I’m like well next time you guys should let me know That it’s not gonna be canceled the same day and then she got rude and said I wasn’t i verbally abusing her and I am no longer a member so to stop calling this phone and

I went to Express Lane Insurance to pay for my monthly insurance like usual and Anna was super nice and friendly helping me out. She even helped me find a better policy with a better price than my current plan. Very helpful and loved the effort she put into helping even when I was a little slow at times at understanding the new policy. Glad to stay with Express Lane
