I've been working with this Farmers Insurance agent for over 20 years. Their great service has remained consistent. I love that they always answer the phone in person. I'm never sent to voicemail. Or I can text or email them and they always get back to me. I tell all my friends that Farmers isn't the cheapest insurance but they are the best. Every time I filed a claim, it was taken care of quickly and professionally. You get what you pay for. Everyone that works for Marcy Parmley is well trained, professional and friendly.
