Farmers Insurance - Manzur Max Chowdhury

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been disappointing. From the start, communication was disorganized, timelines kept shifting without notice, and it became clear they lacked a proper system for handling clients professionally. There was little to no follow-up, unclear expectations, and overall a lack of accountability. I expected a certain level of structure and support and that simply wasn’t delivered. Would not recommend for anyone seeking reliable, client-focused service.

I have never had such a terrible experience with an insurance company. I was transferred over to this group when my farmer's agent retired. Since then I have had nothing but problems. They make constant adjustments to my monthly payments under the guise of accidents/ infractions when I haven't had any. Another excuse was that my monthly payment increased because I failed to pay on time - when I am literally on autopayments with them and have never failed to pay on time. It has been six months of constant back and forth disproving their claims for increasing my payments. Luckily I write everything down (i.e numbers, payments, dates, etc) so that I can reference when I have to speak to them! My experience with Mr. Chowdhury at Farmers was troubling. His office assured me that it was obtaining coverage for me, and then ignored my calls for weeks. For months it was actually unclear whether I had full coverage through Mr. Chowdhury or not. I only received straight answers from Mr. Chowdhury after threatening to submit a complaint with the California Department of insurance.

Amazing service. I recommend this agency to everyone who needs insurance.
