Farmers Insurance - Luis Echeveste

Luis Echeveste is a neighbor and I know him socially. I knew he was an agent and my company left the state. He quickly got a quote together, helped me get documents to agency showing new electric and plumbing for my 1929 home and within days I had a policy that was $1000 less than my previous insurers charges. So grateful for prompt help and a great value. Luis made it so easy.

Luis and his staff are the best. We switched from multiple carriers to combine our cars, homeowners, landlord and umbrella policies to one company. Luis has been very thorough with all our insurance needs. We unfortunately had a recent car accident and Farmers claims has been excellent. They have followed up and paid for the claim in a timely manner. I highly recommend Luis, his staff and Farmers Insurance.

We had a problem getting our insurance binder sent to our loan officer and escrow agent with the previous agent that we were working with. Then I call this agent Roman Echeveste at a different agency of Framers and at the last minute he took care of what we needed. We would not have been able to close the house if he had not done that for us. He absolutely went above and beyond for us.
