Farmers Insurance - Kimberly Maughan

Kimberly is awesome. If we had more insurance agents like her, we would have more insurance agents like her--and it would be a better world. ;-D Although I have been out of the area for a number of years, I like to do business with people I like and trust, even if I have to go a little bit out of my way to do it. She has always been highly responsive to my needs and to my requests.

The customer service is great...but after being with this insurance company for several years now and not having any claims for both home and auto...in addition, my wife and I are both retired and do not drive everyday to work...probably no more than 100 miles per wk. And we both have an outstanding driving record. Yet, our premiums continually increase every 6 months just like all the other companies have done. So we are looking at other companies that will give a much better rate...which they all do when you first start out with them. So I'm giving the rating under 5 instead.
