Janet Williams with Farm Bureau has been an exceptional agent to work with for both our home and auto insurances. Several years ago we were with a different, very large company that left us feeling like they did not have our best interests in mind. After my husband was in a head-on collision where the other, at-fault driver was uninsured, we were left trying to recoup our own deductible and fighting the battle on our own. The money we received for our paid off, now-totaled car was no where near what we needed to replace it. And when calling their large company, we could never talk to the same agent twice, which felt very impersonal.
