Farmers Insurance - Karen Van Liere-Matuszak

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Karen Van Liere-Matuszak and her team were unhelpful, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in excuses than solutions. Every interaction felt rushed and dismissive, and getting a straight answer about my policy was nearly impossible. I expected professionalism and basic customer care, but got neither. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.
