My premium has doubled with no tickets and no incidents. It's only been a short time.. I tried to reach office no call back and tried their app got artifical intelligence that kept asking me the same questions. People do seem nice if you get to talk to them. Hopefully I will get in touch with a live person in the near future.
I paid $610 for coverage for 6months on 7/31/24 as quoted and received cards. On 10/31/24 farmers charged an additional $300 to my credit card . No authorization or reason was given and after 4 trips to farmers office and leaving messages, have not seen or heard from Julie Fox.
Julie helped us out so much and saving us money. Thank you Julie. 😊
