We lost our flood insurance because company got our renewal address wrong. We never got the renewal notification. Campise got their commision on policy for last 3 years, but says they have NO idea when our policy was up for renewal and they dont track customer policies for renewal. We had to reapply for coverage as a new customer, NEW POLICY... So flood coverage has DOUBLED. Horrible customer service.
Mark is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained various plans with me so I could make a decision as to what was best for me. I definitely would recommend this business for all of your insurance needs.
Been using Campise for almost 20 years. Genie is really nice and always willing to help me with quotes and stuff.
I had insurance with her for about 4 months and this lady is on top things, great customer service so far...
