Mallory Ramirez: Allstate Insurance

Kristin West helped me set up an online account today and I know how to do it so does she but this one was allot of work and took some patience! She was easy to work with 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Switched to Allstate last year because it saved me a good amount of money. My agent, Kristin, was very helpful and I’ve had to call her to add vehicles and never have any issues.

Never had an issue with Mallory’s team. Always quick to give us new quote on all of our new cars over the years. The issue I have is when asking about why our insurance keeps going up every 6 months. Recently our truck premium jumped almost double. This lead us to go to State Farm insurance. We have better coverage and it’s half the price. Will this change? Probably, but as for the next 6 months we could afford to keep paying the price hikes with Allstate. Sad to leave as we’ve been with them for years and years.

Megan Hogan was very courteous and helpful in the process of quoting our policies for us as we had quite a few questions about how certain things were covered after just suffering a loss from a recent Hurricane. She took her time, was abundantly patient and never made us feel like a burden. She demonstrated true compassion and genuine concern of our needs and wants to make sure we were covered appropriately.
