Farmers Insurance - Jessee Perry

I called this office, Jessee Perry Farmers Insurance,and was lucky enough to reach Jeremy. I was stressed out, trying to figure out how to bundle my car insurance with my recently purchased home insurance and also to switch from another company who cancelled me with only one claim. Jeremy reassured me, went over every detail and possible discount I could take advantage of and helped me get signed up for car insurance. The experience of dealing with an insurance agency who provides such personal compassionate customer service has been fantastic and I look forward to dealing with Farmers for many years. Jessee is great. On multiple occasions she has reached out to me to tell me she found better plans for us at better rates. She’s super knowledgeable and was able to recommend coverage (sewer line) that we hadn’t even thought of. She also advocated for me when I had a sewer line issue that was the city’s fault.
