Farmers Insurance - Jeremy Jivan

Jeremy is the best! He got me better premiums on my home and auto insurance when so many other companies were saying they couldn't do anything. Reduced my annual homeowner's insurance by $1000 bucks and with better coverages. He showed me the deficiencies of my existing policies and hooked me up with what I actually needed to have my home and auto properly insured. Super satisfied and would refer anyone in Ohio to him. So glad my coworker told me about him.

Im domt even gonna leave a star! But i habe to! A friend of mine got me to switch companies and it was the worst choice ive made in a long time! When she left everything fell apart, they started to not answer phones or even call people back. At times I would have to call 3 or 4 times just to get an answer. When she left all hell blew up. Not 1 monthly payment was ever the same! And when I called to get some information they never called me back. About 2 weeks later I received a letter from a collection agency stating I was turned in by Jeremy Jivan and his agency, after canceling my insurance the day after I made a payment and even notified them I was leaving. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Everyone at this office was wonderful. Made changing insurance carrier easy. All differences were explained and their reasons.
