I had the pleasure of Elli Thomas assisting me with purchasing insurance for my new boat. She took her time and explained the process. She answered all of my questions. Elli was very people friendly and completed the task in a timely fashion. She was very professional. Being with American Family/Connect (Costco insurance) for my auto insurance since 2019, I was not looking to move insurance companies until I realized how much my insurance went up with them over the last year for no reason.
