This company has been a NIGHTMARE to work with. I switched to Erie Insurance after receiving several recommendations from friends. I got into my accident on 12/1/25. The first rep I spoke with said that there was no possible way I would receive coverage (despite me being rear ended). Considering I had liability, I agreed with their assessment. I asked if it was okay then for me to scrap my vehicle since he was telling me that my claim was being denied so I could get it out of the impound lot as soon as possible. The rep told me to do so and in good faith, I followed his advice.
