I was hit by another vehicle, and the circumstances were a bit difficult to deal with. Even though it wasn't going through my insurance, Jeff and his team help me through the process with great advice. They also offered to follow a whole process. A1 customer service at its best. Just met Jeff on a Saturday at an old cemetery cleaning headstones, moving gravel, and apparently he does this type of service all the time. Jeff is a fellow veteran, and puts time in serving veterans with the "wreaths across America" project. Jeff is the kind of neighbor we all wish we had. I wanted to thank Jeff Watt for his guidance and support yesterday (Christmas!!) when some pipes burst in our office here in Liberty. Jeff met us at the office, took photos, helped us get the process started and a general idea of what the next few months look like in terms of getting our space restored. The price of my policy went up so I switched to a different company. I’m only giving one star because Jeff was a jerk about it. I didn’t expect him to be thrilled that I canceled my policy, but bad mouthing the company I’m switching too and being passive aggressive towards me the whole time was unprofessional.
