Working with this agency has been nothing short of disappointing. After 3 years of being a loyal customer, knowing the office well, and even sending business their way, we were dropped simply for using the policy exactly as intended by filing legitimate claims — even though 2 out of the 3 claims resulted in minimal cost to American Family. One claim was paid fully out of pocket, and the other was split between myself and the company. And when we did make claims, it was extremely difficult to get the work done correctly and in a timely manner. Instead of support, we were met with delays, confusion, and zero accountability. To make matters worse, their HQ office and support hotline were just as unhelpful. No one was able to provide clear answers about the policy, the claims, or the adjuster

This place rocks! I have my auto and business insurance though them. They helped me every step of the way! Especially Kristina! Family oriented and id recommend these guys to everyone. Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Leann is such a sweet person and I love how sweet she is whenever I call and how extremely quick she is in solving or fixing any issues or changes she also gets back to you super quick!
