Zoe is absolutely amazing to work with. She has all the answers and responds quickly anytime I reach out. By far my best experience with anyone in customer service let alone insurance agents!!! This women deserves a raise!!!

Worst experience in my life. Terrible customer service and nobody knows anything here. I canceled my policy 16 months ago and they continued to charge my account the whole time. They did offer a refund obviously, but when I asked for the billing statements to confirm the amount it was wrong. They didn't even refund the right amount. So, more headaches. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Its Incredibly frustrating when trying to reach anyone, no one ever calls back and I've spent hours on hold with the annoying commercial rich phone line. Typical insurance agency, they get your business then immediately quit caring about the quality of service. Wanted to inquire about my $120 increase per month, no tickets or accidents, just 6 months later it goes up significantly without notification or just cause. Probably should have expected I'd get ignored.

We are new clients and the customer service has been top notch! They found multiple ways for us to bundle and save with auto & home. This was very important with a teen driver because premiums are high (everywhere) to insure them. As someone in the insurance industry for 25+ years, it's rare to see this kind of service.

We’ve unfortunately had to make a claim. Allstate was there for us. We are extremely pleased with their service.
