I swear their claims department has got to be the most slow to process claims and payments even with all information completed. I am in the middle of waiting for a claim but because the adjuster is out the office, her supervisor is supposed to handle things but I done everything they have asked of me and still getting the run around and wait game. It’s best to go with a company less commercial, because they are not caring to move because it’s not them goin through the situation. I am not renewing my policy with them once this is settled. I’m literally waiting on someone to just key in my contents payment, THAT’S IT. And because they’re dragging their feet, I’m getting charged extra fees by landlord.
