I have used the Teresa Gaines State Farm agency in Clarksville for 8 years now, and have had a great experience! All smooth sailing. Very nice people, Sierra Fitzpatrick in particular. I had auto insurance, renters insurance as well as an umbrella policy for the home I own out of state. I found all to be reasonably priced. I have worked with other agencies in the past, but am moving back to New York and now plan to work with State Farm there as well. Thanks so much!

My wife and I have called the office with questions or in need of help. Usually, we speak with Sheri Cathey. Sheri has an excellent telephone voice. Sheri is cordial, upbeat, friendly, professional, very patient; she explains, and, if necessary, repeats information so that we clearly understand the answers to our questions, or takes down information that we are attempting to provide fully as requested from us by State Farm. Sheri either solves our problems when we call her or transfers us to someone who will help us solve our problems. With all these excellent attributes, we believe Sheri makes an excellent interface between State Farm and its members. 1. Premiums have increased substantially in the past year on both auto and home insurance. 2. Two years in a row, I have had problems where State Farm did not update my homeowner's policy with a mortgage company resulting in getting charged by the mortgage company for additional homeowner's insurance. 3. I currently spend approximately $20,000 per year across all business operations with State Farm, when I inquired about the rising premiums I was simply told that premiums were rising and that was the end of it and that there was no possibility of finding ways to decrease the cost of rising premiums. 4. Cannot say enough great things about State Farm. Sierra is alway quick respond to questions and make sure information is explained. She handled everything with our claim and not once did we feel stressed or overwhelmed. After the tornado, State Farm was quick to be at our house to assess damages. Then hand delivered us a check within days to ensure my family was taken care of with damages asap. The peace of mind I have not having to worry about insurance for my home/cars is unmatched.
