Cole Floyd - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with State Farm for over 35 yrs, and although Cole was more than happy to transfer me from Idaho to Kentucky two yrs. ago, I decided to leave State Farm for good today. After dropping my car insurance because of an accident claim where I was not at fault and now raising my homeowners insurance an additional $100 a month, I went into his office today to inform him of my decision. I was met with a loud and argumentative attitude and knew right then and there that I had made the right decision to walk away from State Farm.

I am going to the process of purchasing a new vehicle and needed some help adding it to my policy, Kimberly was the sweet lady who helped me out, she made everything quick and easy and very much stress free. After I was finished with her I got a call from Cole who is my State Farm agent and this was the first time I have ever spoke with him and he was awesome. This is the first insurance company I’ve had to get on my own and it has been a smooth process not to mention their rates were a lot cheaper for me than other places I had found!

Cole Floyd thank you and your team for good customer service every time me or my daughter call. Whenever we call our requests are always handled with priority.

Today I had a great experience getting a quote from Zoë. She was very patient with me, answering all my questions and making several adjustments to different policies as I asked for them. She definitely cares about people and their property. My quote was more than $200 a year less that what I pay now and the insurance has better coverage. At the end of the call I said it's nice to talk with professional people that have integrity and care about what they do. I hope her boss reads this. Thank you Zoë
