Farmers Insurance - Gregory Wong

I have been with Gregory for 25 years. He and his office has provided the best support that is humanely possible under changing circumstances. No insurance company is perfect - but having a responsive agent matters a lot.

I wish there's negative rating I could give. He and his staff never kept the promise and no response was received. His staff were very unprofessional and made various mistakes. The latest mistakes I just realized was they put the wrong mileage readings in the system for my two cars and caused trouble with mileage certification. If you really need Farmers insurance, go find another agent.

This mans arrogancy knows no bounds. He's a liar when it comes to the promises he makes. He plays with people's lives and thinks it's all fun and games. He's trying to sell his own house as he is also a broker, BRE #01349622, and when presented a competitive offer and after stating he would counter, on two different occasions, he at the last minute, just before the expiration of the offer, declines it and doesn't offer a counter. He has now waited over 42 days for an offer while homes around him sell in less than a week. He has over priced his home and refuses to see that. He's messed with our lives as we've missed out on other whiles while we waited for his "counter" that never came. He should have his licenses reviewed for violations as I can bet he doesn't do honest business.

I walked into the office, and there was a man on the phone. He didn't even acknowledge my presence and I was the only other person there. So I sat down and waited, finally I got up to look at the brochures and I noticed be was off the phone. Still, he never said hello or how he can help me. I felt it was a waste of my time, he had no customer service skills and I felt like I wasn't worth his time. I guess I'm better off trying another location or calling Farmers toll free number.

Our family has been buy car and house insurance from this broker for thirty years , the owner speak English Cantonese and mandarin . Very responsible for us , good service 👍
