Farmers Insurance - Garrett Wagner

Due to circumstances, my policies were transferred to the Garrett Wagner agency. I did not have a choice in this and was not informed prior to the transfer. So, in the meantime, I started looking for a new Farmers agent. But I stopped in my tracks when I received a welcome letter from Garrett's agency with the option to meet and discuss matters about the transfer or my insurance policies. Prior to our meeting, a problem arose with my auto insurance. And what I love about this agency is that, when you call, there is always a live person to answer the phone. Garrett's assistant Tina is not only knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; Tina actually returns calls and sends confirmation emails. There are aspects of Farmers that I do question, but none of those questions include this agency. Garret

I had a great experience working with Tina! She was beyond friendly and very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions clearly and kept communication smooth throughout the process. Tina took the time to explain the different policy options and really made sure I understood everything. Even though I decided to stay with my current insurance, I truly appreciated how informative and helpful she was. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares and takes the time to educate her clients.

From the moment I called, both Kyle Neuhaus (my agent) and Garrett went to work IMMEDIATELY to help me because my situation was complicated and time sensitive. I'm especially grateful to Kyle, as he as well as Garrett, were professional, patient, and provided "white glove" service until the process was complete.
