I've never paid for my policy as much I did during the past 6 months with Farmers. I don't want to blame my agent, but I am sure they could help me if they wanted to. It is not enough to be nice while advertising the product but it is also important to care about costumer services and rights! I got my new policy for 100 dollars cheaper per month with Geico, and I still don't know how such a difference is even possible. Today, when I asked them to finalize my cancellation (even though I have told them before), they did the job but in their email the wrote (DONE) in all caps. This is considered shouting when it comes to netiquette. It means that they don't even respect their former costumers, which is not great at all.
Very helpful agency and always they have perfect customer service
