Terrible experience with Fara Majdpour at Farmers Insurance. After my divorce, I moved out of the rental property, but they kept charging me for months due to auto-renewal without proper communication. Even after canceling, charges resumed. Poor customer service and lack of transparency—would not recommend. They even set me up with sending the bill to collections. Horrible agency.
I am loan officer that demands execution from myself and my team. My source for insurance needs, without a question, Fara is top-notch in the industry. Amazing service, efficient, super knowledgeable, professional, and a plethora of products at competitive rates.
Farmers insurance products are not comparable with the cheap products you find on line. If we can not match the price you are looking for, this does not mean that we are rude and unhelpful. We just can not lower our price to satisfy you. Sorry for your misunderstanding of the fact. Hope to help you on other types of insurance.
