Farmers Insurance - Brian Crutchfield

I read the advice from the Texas Department of Insurance about how to choose an insurance agent. I like the idea of choosing an independent insurance agent and they provide a search function for this. I reviewed the agents and how many companies they represent. There were 3 that I liked. I picked Brian Crutchfield to call first because he represents the most companies: 29. Plus, when I went to his website, it's easy to conclude he's a normal guy. He has a pic and, no offense to Brian, but he doesn't look like a slick, high-power salesman who's going to take advantage of me. So I called. He picked up the phone himself.
