Farmers Insurance - Brett Custer

Bret raised my home owners insurance to 5k a year. I didn’t find out till three years had passed because I had my mortgage on auto pay. 12k he stole! Zero Claims! I switched to travelers for 900 a year with better coverage. Needless to say he takes advantage of the bank escro situation. He will be in court soon.. he’ll probably more than likely settle out of court to skip his prison sentence.

Farmers insurance gave me a quote that was 700 dollars higher than Allstate for far less coverage on my vehicles. I went with Allstate due to the major discrepancy in cost vs benefit. Then I started receiving calls and emails from Brett Custer's office. Daily. I received one from Brett himself, explaining that the quote was unusually high and that he could work to get it down, but it was far too late for that. I asked that they not contact me again, and the calls continued for several weeks. It's now 7 months later and I am still receiving mailers referencing my auto insurance quote with Farmers. I can't imagine that this type of aggressive pursuit of customers is attractive to potential customers. Fix your quoting software if you really want to get new customers. I was immediately turned
