Elena, the office manager, and her assistants Tatiana and Valentina are absolutely amazing — professional, responsive, and always helpful. They truly care about their clients and make everything clear and easy. I would confidently recommend this office to my friends and anyone looking for reliable insurance support.

I’m honestly impressed with this insurance agency — they advertise “luxury” service and ACTUALLY DELIVER. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It’s a game-changer being able to call your actual agent directly (no long recorded menu). Or I can even go into their super cute office and talk to someone in person, even without an appt! They always respond quickly, explain everything clearly, and truly care about keeping me and my family fully covered. They’re pretty new to Oregon City and I’m recommending them to everyone in my neighborhood because they are SO much better than any other insurance company here. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this agent and her associates. When I got home from deployment in 2020 I signed with them for auto insurance as USAA was not doing what they needed to keep my business. In 2021 one of the people working under Elena dropped the ball on everyone and coverage was lost and the rep was removed, and without penalty Elena and her crew reinstated all of us and got everything back on track. I have worked with Valiya now consistently and she has always had my back when things went sideways, for instance she has worked diligently during this years govt shutdown and my lack of a paycheck to keep me insured and work with me about payments. Excellent insurance company! I was pleasantly surprised by the low price and the customer service. The staff explains everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. Very satisfied and definitely recommend!

Would not recommend. Switched from another carrier and it was a nightmare. Communication was good at first but as soon as I switched over it was not good anymore. Would look elsewhere. I went back to old company again after only a few weeks. Too bad because the policies themselves weren’t bad, it was just the communication or lack there of and completely dropping the ball on the details of the transition. In the end they blew it for a new client with auto, home and umbrella policies and lost my business in a matter of about 3 weeks time.
