Even after Amanda was working from home under the weather…they worked as a team to make sure I had rental and car insurance TODAY like I really was hoping to get. Thank you both so much. Finding insurance is such a headache. When I found Amanda starting to talking to her about my options; it was calming to know that the carre she offered is genuine and she truly listened to my coverage concerns. You can't go wrong by giving her a call.

She was helpful setting up the original insurance but has ignored all other questions. Looking for a new company now. It’s wild that an agent would literally just ignore a customer asking questions. Nothing worse than terrible customer service.
