Farm Bureau Insurance

Regretfully I had to go here over a misunderstanding/ mistake about their coworker in another area. Mr. Lebo was informative on the way insurance companies operate. He was able to explain to me, so I could understand. The problem came out better than I thought. After I saw the solution, the coworker could have done the same thing. My opinion is that Farm Bureau is a great place to do business.

Someone hit my truck left the crime scene and these people being giving me the run around for a week and half I've gotten a lawyer because it shouldn't have taken all of this for hit run got there information and yet because I'm black they telling me they call this place and they put the claim in but shuffle all around oh I thought the papers where on the desk all kinds of mess

So far service is really great.
