I am so happy we switched to Farm Bureau in Owosso. Tom has gotten us great rates! But not only that, he has been wonderful to work with. He takes such great care of us and I am always amazed how quickly he is able to get us what we need. Thanks Tom!

Watch your pocket books folks. I was overcharged for months on my auto policy. When I threatened to change companies all of a sudden my policy dropped by 900.00 every 6 months. What they don't tell you is they sell progressive policies. I am an RN working a ton of hours during this pandemic. This agency doesn't look out for their policy holders, they look out for their pocket books. Before renewing your policy call around, you will be surprised. He is done getting fat off from me. Shame on your agency. Greed puts you out if business.

No cash transactions??? For Progressive customers??? Or the attitude from the receptionist, from the time I walked in??? Won't be going to this branch again and would recommend somewhere else, there's plenty of other places to get extorted for an illegal racket. And they don't turn cash down...

This year our auto rates increased 53% for no reason. I have reached out to Tom. Other insurance companies are offering 10-25% discounts, including FB of Tennessee.
