I called Jeff Klapko to get a quote for home owner’s insurance. I figured I would use someone I have known since grade school. My first call to him he said that he would be on vacation for a week, which is fine. He said he would call me at the end of the week. He could have referred me to one of his colleagues in his office at this point, but he didn’t. He called me on a Friday and asked if I could get a bunch of information on the house I was buying. He could have simply pulled up the listing himself. I got all the information he needed, though, and called him back. He said he already had the information when I called. Not sure why he asked me to get it when he already had it. A little strange. He then said he would write me a quote. This was in the morning on that Friday. I w

They only showed me blue cross insurance which is the most expensive. 10,000 in deductibles on top of 300 a month. So more options!

I really enjoy Kara! She is so polite, helpful and never makes us feel like we are inconveniencing her if we have questions. She does an awesome job!!

I had been a customer of CLH for over fifteen years, but recently my agent retired and my account was handed over to Cathy Sills. This was when things went downhill fast. I needed to get new quotes on my auto insurance due to Michigan’s change in the law in terms of required coverage. Cathy was extremely slow in communicating with me, was completely unprofessional, and ignored my requests for certain types of coverage. It wasn’t like this happened over a matter of a few days, it was over a week and a half, and I still find.’the have the correct quotes. I don’t know how she even has a job if this is how she treats her clients. I was able to contact an agent for a rival company, and they had quotes for me that very same day, and all of the paperwork was signed the following day. Avoid CLH al
