Currently going through the aftermath of my first accident (not at fault). The staff in the office has been so friendly and helpful. The adjuster I was assigned to is Amy Waltz and she has been great! She has taken care of nearly everything for me and given great advice. Thank you for making this situation a little easier for me.
The staff and agents here are amazing. Denise who usually mans or womans the front desk is on point and has a wealth of information at here disposal. A great team.
Was excited to get a great rate on a policy only to be disappointed 2 weeks later after finding out the underwriting had not gone through. Now I have to change policies again
They definitely don’t answer the phone getting insurance with them is definitely a hassle
