When by during business hours around 10:30 am. rang ring door bell twice and no one answered even though I could hear someone talking inside.

Great. Had them for 20 years. Our claim after hurricane Irma, farm bureau was there and our roof was replaced. I wish that they insure our new home but it's an 1974 mobile home with additions

Never use the agent Bill Williams he is a rip-off artist that overcharges on home insurance...I asked for a policy reduction and forwarded a wind mitigation report and he said it didn’t make a difference. I contacted another agent same exact declarations, and the same company underwrote the policy and it was $600 dollars less. That’s $50 per month Bill would have stolen!
